My Colombian Bride

I started receiving replies to my letters in just three days. I was amazed that I would receive letters so fast. I had used the translation service, so the letters from the Russian ladies and the Colombian ladies were in English.

I enjoyed corresponding with all the ladies but I decided that Russia was going to be too far for me to travel to meet a prospective wife. The agency offered Romance Tours to Russia and Colombia and I think that would be a wonderdful way to meet the maximum amount of women, but my time and funds were limited.

After exchanging a couple of letters , my imagination was captured and I felt I had to meet her. She had sent me a beautiful poem in Spanish and when I translated it to English I saw what talent she had for writing. I learned that she had a college degree and was a school teacher.

After just two months of corosponding by e-mail and then telephone, I was planning my first trip to Barranquilla, Colombia.
